Galaxie Nordic Ribbed Aluminum Wall Cladding

Galaxie Nordic is the ribbed profile in the Enkel Wood Galaxie Series, and the difference from the flat Artic panel is the shadow line. Two ribs across each panel face catch light and cast a deeper shadow, giving an elevation visible texture and rhythm that changes through the day. Where Artic reads as a smooth continuous surface, Nordic reads as an articulated one.

The construction is the same architectural system: an aluminium core, an engineered flexible adhesive, and a protective outer composite layer carrying a factory-applied wood finish. Nothing is painted, stained or sealed on site, and nothing needs refinishing later. At 20 mm thick with a 116 mm face, the ribbed profile stands slightly further off the substrate than the flat panel, which is what produces the deeper relief.

Panels are supplied in 12 ft and 16 ft lengths in Walnut and Ebony. UV and mould-resistant additives are built in, and the system is engineered to withstand Canadian winters without warping, cracking or rotting, with a service life beyond 25 years. Fasten with Galaxie 2.5 inch self-drilling screws at roughly 16 inch centres, sold separately. Because the ribbed face is directional, plan panel orientation across the whole elevation before you start fixing.
