These terms govern your use of this store and anything you buy from it. Placing an order means you accept them. Please read them first.

2. What we tell you before you buy

Quebec's Consumer Protection Act requires certain information to be shown clearly before a distance contract is formed. Before you complete an order you will see our name and contact details, a full description of each item, the price of each product, shipping charges, applicable taxes, the total payable, the currency, payment terms, the delivery method and date, and your cancellation and return rights. All of it can be saved or printed.

Two points deserve your attention, because they affect what you pay and when you receive your order:

  • Our goods ship directly from suppliers outside Canada. Delivery typically takes 12 to 22 business days in total. See the Shipping Policy.
  • Customs duties, GST, QST and courier brokerage fees are payable by you to the courier on delivery, on parcels valued over CAD $20. They are not included in the price you pay us and we cannot calculate them in advance.

3. Your copy of the contract

We send you a copy of the contract by email within 15 days of your purchase. If we do not, you may cancel within 30 days of the purchase.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order and will refund you in full if we do.

5. Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change, but never after you have ordered. GST and QST are calculated at checkout. If an item sells out after you order, we refund you in full.

6. Product descriptions and images

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens. The written description and specifications on each product page are the definitive record of what you are buying.

7. Delivery and your cancellation rights

Delivery estimates are estimates. Under the Consumer Protection Act you may cancel and be refunded in full if your goods are not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you. Other cancellation rights are set out in our Order Cancellation Policy. Written notice takes effect the moment you send it, and we must refund you within 15 days.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.

9. Legal warranty

Goods sold to consumers in Quebec carry the legal warranty under the Consumer Protection Act: they must be fit for their intended use and last a reasonable time given the price, the terms of the contract and how they are used. This applies whether or not any additional warranty is offered, and cannot be waived.

10. Your account

Keep your password secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use this store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape the site or interfere with its operation.

12. Intellectual property

The content of this store, including text, images and layout, belongs to us or our licensors. Do not reproduce it commercially without permission.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or the Civil Code of Québec. Your legal rights are unaffected.

14. Privacy

See our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Quebec's Consumer Protection Act applies to consumer contracts formed here and cannot be contracted out of.

16. Language

18. Changes

19. Severability

If a clause is unenforceable, the rest stand.
